The Tamoto bed by Shane Schneck for the Danish manufacturer Hay is a multifunctional piece of furniture. The modern design is influenced by the draping quality of Kimo sleeves, which inspired Schneck's innovative use of pleated fabric over the bed frame. The soft, draped headboard is balanced by the generously sized tubular steel frame. This construction creates an exceptionally modern and comfortable feel. Tamoto can be used not only for sleeping, but also for reading, working, and watching television. The headboard cover is made from recyclable materials and is very easy to remove.
