No more returns from these brands

Dear Customer

We sell these brands wholesale. Sole proprietors can only purchase these brands through Faire or order them on our marketplace with proof of business registration. We no longer allow private orders or purchases of these brands. If a private customer places an order for these brands, it will be canceled, not processed, not shipped, and returns are no longer possible. We have currently excluded returns for the brands listed below. We no longer accept returns for these brands. Before purchasing these products, please read all the information about these brands.

There is one exception: if the order is delivered to the wrong address or if the customer receives a damaged package, please do not accept the order and contact us on the same day. If you do not inform us after this day, you will not have a claim. If you receive a clearly damaged product, please return it to the sender with the delivery note, the reason for the return, and the invoice (which should also be included). Please also write about the damaged product and the return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
