The Bat series by design duo Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi (GamFratesi) is, alongside Gubi's Beetle Chai series, the second series of elegant chairs to draw inspiration from nature. The Danish-Italian duo Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi took the curved shapes of bat wings as their model and designed this timeless, stylish chair. The curved armrests flow seamlessly into the backrest, conveying both a sense of adventure and security: an homage to the inquisitive and ever-dynamic Danish design language. Also available as a Batchair without upholstery. Inspired by nature, the duo developed the BatChair series for the manufacturer Gubi. These comfortable chairs not only adopt the look but also the versatility and timeless adaptability of nature. Whether in the office, at home, indoors or outdoors, for eating, relaxing, or working: the Bat chair, with its curved backrest, promises timeless seating comfort.
