Scope of delivery:

• 10x fischer highbond anchor FHB II-A S M10x75/60

Characteristics:

• The reduced anchoring depth of the FHB II-A S reduces the drilling and assembly effort and thus enables a particularly economical fastening.
• With the FHB II-A S anchor rod, the drill diameter is the same as the thread diameter. This allows for through-bolt installation without tools and reduces mortar consumption.
• The cone geometry of the FHB II-A S anchor rods is optimized for small axial and edge distances in cracked concrete as well as thin concrete components. This makes them suitable for a wide range of applications.
• The FHB II-A S anchor rod is approved for use with both cartridges and injection mortar. When using the cartridge, borehole cleaning is not necessary, ensuring maximum application flexibility.

Application:

• The FHB II-A S is a force-controlled expanding composite anchor for pre-positioned and through-bolt installation.
• With the FHB II-A S, the drill diameter is equal to the thread diameter, similar to a bolt anchor.
• The anchor rod can optionally be set using Highbond special mortar FIS HB or cartridge FHB II-P / FHB II-PF HIGH SPEED and is fully bonded in the borehole.
• When the hexagonal nut is tightened, the cones of the anchor rods are pulled into the mortar shell, which clamps against the borehole wall.
• When using the mortar cartridge, the anchor rod is set using a rotary hammer with a percussive action. Use the RA-SDS setting tool, item no. 62420, for this purpose.
