Features: Fast and easier installation without borehole cleaning (M8-M24).

• Numerous test reports for different substrate materials (concrete C12/15-C80/90, steel fiber reinforced concrete (aBG), solid calcium silicate brick) increase the number of fields of application and use.
• The new assessment (ETA) significantly increases the transverse load-bearing capacity. This results in fewer fastening points and anchors being required.
• The new ETA confirms the use of the FAZ II Plus for dynamic loading for diameters M16-M24.
• The quick assembly process of the FAZ II Plus enables an efficient fastening solution for dynamic applications with low load cycles (M16-24) with direct load-bearing capacity of the fastening point.
• The ETA assessment, together with other test reports (RWS, ZTV, ETK), ensures high load-bearing capacity in the event of a fire.
• An external, independent expert report confirms the service life of the anchors up to 120 years. Therefore, the FAZ II Plus lasts for a whole century and is perfectly suited for large, long-lasting construction projects (M10-M16).
• The FAZ II Plus enables the absorption of high seismic loads of performance categories C1 and C2 for diameters M10-M24 with and without the use of the FFD filling disc during installation.
• The variable anchoring depths allow for millimeter-precise adjustment to the loads.
• The first M6 bolt anchor with an ETA rating Option 1 guarantees a safe and approved anchoring.
• Areas of application: The FAZ II Plus is suitable for pre- and through-hole mounting and, thanks to its long thread, is also ideal for standoff mounting.
• When the nut is tightened, the conical bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and clamps it against the borehole wall.
• Once the specified torque is reached, the armature is set in accordance with the approval.
• For series production, we recommend using the FABS or FA-ST II bolt anchor setting tools.
• In the case of seismic requirements, the annular gap can be filled using the FFD filling disc.
• In the case of dynamic loading, an additional “dynamic set” is used, which is filled with injection mortar (compressive strength ‰¥ 50N/mm² e.g.: FIS V Plus, FIS EM Plus, FIS HB or FIS SB) after assembly.
