Features: Fast and easy installation without borehole cleaning (M8-M24). Numerous test reports for various substrate materials (concrete C12/15-C80/90, steel fiber reinforced concrete (aBG), solid calcium silicate brick) increase the number of applications. The new European Technical Assessment (ETA) significantly increases the transverse load-bearing capacity, thus requiring fewer fixing points and anchors. The new ETA confirms the use of the FAZ II Plus for dynamic loads in diameters M16-M24. The rapid installation process of the FAZ II Plus enables an efficient fastening solution for dynamic applications with low load cycles (M16-M24), providing direct load-bearing capacity at the fixing point. The ETA assessment, together with other test reports (RWS, ZTV, ETK), ensures high load-bearing capacity in the event of a fire. An external, independent expert report confirms the service life of the anchors up to 120 years. The FAZ II Plus is designed to last for a century and is perfectly suited for large, long-term construction projects (M10-M16). The FAZ II Plus can withstand high seismic loads of performance categories C1 and C2 for diameters M10-M24, with or without the use of the FFD grouting washer during installation. Variable anchoring depths allow for precise, millimeter-accurate adjustment to the load. The first M6 bolt anchor with an ETA Option 1 rating ensures safe and approved anchoring. Applications: The FAZ II Plus is suitable for pre- and through-bolt installation and, thanks to its long thread, is also ideal for standoff installations. When the nut is tightened, the conical bolt is drawn into the expansion clip, clamping it against the borehole wall. Once the specified torque is reached, the anchor is installed in accordance with the approval. For serial installations, we recommend using the FABS or FA-ST II bolt anchor setting tools. In cases of seismic requirements, the annular gap can be filled using the FFD grouting washer. For dynamic loads, an additional “dynamic set” is used, which is filled with injection mortar (compressive strength ≥ 50N/mm² e.g.: FIS V Plus, FIS EM Plus, FIS HB or FIS SB) after assembly.
