Description

Anybus Wireless Bridge II - Ethernet: The Anybus Wireless Bridge establishes a reliable wireless connection between two points in an industrial Ethernet network. The second generation of this proven wireless bridge supports both Bluetooth and WLAN. It is suitable for implementing communication solutions in harsh environments, hard-to-reach areas, and for mobile applications where cabling is not feasible. Ranges of up to 400 meters are possible. BRIDGING TCP/IP-BASED ETHERNET NETWORKS: The Anybus Wireless Bridge allows you to operate common industrial Ethernet networks such as BACnet/IP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP via a wireless connection. Bluetooth and WLAN (2.4/5 GHz) are supported. POINT-TO-POINT OR MULTI-CONNECTIONS: The Anybus Wireless Bridge often replaces the Ethernet cable in point-to-point connections. However, it can also act as an access point for up to seven WLAN/Bluetooth clients.
