Description

The Anybus Communicator enables the integration of serial devices (RS-232/485) into a PROFINET network without requiring any modifications to the serial devices themselves. This protocol converter handles large data volumes and is easy to configure thanks to its drag-and-drop web interface. Based on proven Anybus technology, it converts virtually any serial protocol, including master/slave protocols such as Modbus RTU, as well as manufacturer-specific protocols.
