Anybus Communicator - Serial Master / PROFIBUS Slave

The Anybus Communicator enables the integration of serial devices (RS-232/485) into a PROFIBUS network without requiring any modifications to the serial device itself. This protocol converter allows for the easy conversion of virtually all serial protocols, such as Modbus RTU or manufacturer-specific query/response protocols. The Communicator is particularly well-suited for applications involving frequency converters, sensors, actuators, operator terminals, barcode readers, RFID readers, or industrial scales.
