The Hartmann PermaFoam® Classic foam dressing consists of a hydrophilic polymer in a three-dimensional structure that effectively absorbs wound exudate and ensures a moist wound environment. It is suitable for highly to moderately exuding acute and chronic wounds, e.g., leg ulcers, pressure ulcers (stages II-IV), diabetic foot syndrome, donor sites after blood donation, abrasions, and incisions.
